Spring	Damping 20, stiffness 240, mass 1. Anything that moves with a finger or lands.
Fade	120 to 180 ms, ease-out cubic.
Thinking	20 px record at 33 rpm with the DJ glyph on its label, three 3 px bars out of phase.
Reply	Bubble size springs to the text, text fades in 120 ms, the card follows 60 ms later from 8 px.
Buttons	14 px spinner at a fixed width, the check draws in 240 ms, then the done label slides in 6 px.
Dock in	Rises 16 px on the spring. Leaves after 2.5 s, or when you type, scroll or swipe.
To the pill	Capsule in 240 ms, a 560 ms curve, the count rolls, the pill bumps to 1.06, one light haptic.
Sheet	The pill’s shape grows into the sheet on the spring. Swipe down or tap the thread to fold it back.
Plan	Header from the row in 220 ms, Terms at 40 ms, History at 80 ms. Never a black frame.
Success	Green #3B8E1F with the doodles, check in 240 ms, the ticket rises on the spring.
